The Post is able to reveal that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake received a whopping $29 million for their opulent Manhattan home.
The Post was able to get property documents showing that the transaction was completed on December 22. But the house was never put up for sale. The deal was instead made off-market and behind closed doors.
For the four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms located in the Tribeca penthouse, Timberlake, 40, and Biel, 39, spent $20.2 million in 2017. The Wall Street Journal was the publication that broke the story about the deal, and now the power couple is earning handsomely from it.
The 443 Greenwich St. skyscraper is well known among celebrities. There are presently residents Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebel Wilson, and Harry Styles, presumably because of the privacy offered by the property.
Due to its underground parking garage with drive-in, drive-out access, valet, and second lobby for homeowners who want to utilize private lifts, the building is regarded as “paparazzi-proof.”
The penthouse exceeds 5,300 square feet in size
According to the ad, the structure also has a mix of ancient architectural elements and modern luxury amenities. Custom metal wall panels and white oak flooring with 8-inch wide planks are put throughout the private entry foyer.
The previous 5,375-square-foot house of Timberlake and Biel includes a private terrace, an entertainment area, and a chef’s kitchen with high-end gadgets.
Christopher Peacock created the custom kitchen, which includes wood and fluted glass cabinetry, as well as 2-inch-thick Calacatta marble on the kitchen islands. There are two sinks, dual dishwashers, six-burner Wolf stoves with grill tops, side-by-side 36-inch-wide Sub-Zero refrigerator-freezers, and a Gaggenau wine refrigerator with a capacity of 70 bottles.
The open living areas with wood pillars and arched windows are shown in photos.

The opulent building has a 71-foot indoor pool, a kids’ play area, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace, a fitness center, private fitness studios, men’s and women’s locker rooms with an adjacent hammam, or Turkish bath, and a fitness center with private training studios.

Menemshovitz NY Realty Inc. is identified as the buyer, the same corporation responsible for the record-breaking sale of 419-421 Broome St., the 19th-century cast-iron structure where actor Heath Ledger died in his rented penthouse in 2008. The house was sold for $49 million in November 2021.
In 2018, Menemshovitz NY Realty also purchased the Obama family’s vacation home in Massachusetts, which they had rented for three summers.
Tal Alexander of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
In addition, the actress and performer own property in Los Angeles, Montana, and Tennessee. They offered their enormous 10-acre Los Angeles estate for $35 million in October.
