After both meeting in New Zealand as backpackers, Hilde and Michel decided they they wanted to call the South Island home. With the high cost of housing in New Zealand, this travel loving couple wanted to build something simple, affordable and most importantly, something that would allow them to continue travelling and getting out into nature.
