Charlie Puth is relisting his Hollywood Hills residence for $2.199M, just a month after buying a $9M mansion in Beverly Hills. The Mediterranean-style home spans 4,350 square feet with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Noteworthy features include a glass wall opening to the living room, a master suite with dual fireplaces, and imported marble and tiles from Italian cities like Verona.
Puth originally bought it for $1.9 million in 2015, aspiring to launch his music career in LA. His new Beverly Hills home was purchаsed from photographer Matthew Rolston. The Hollywood Hills property was listed for sale seven months after Puth’s initial purchаse, taken off the market in February, and now relisted. The three-story villa includes two kitchens, a guesthouse, and a music studio, along with a wine room, steam room, sauna, saltwater pool, and spa.
