Dоnald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle have purchased a Florida mansion for $9.7 million, which appears to be a significant bargain compared to its initial listing price of $19.9 million back in 2017.
The couple made the purchаse two-and-a-half months after leaving New York following the 2020 election results, with plans to explore properties in Jupiter, Florida, where Trump Jr.’s ex-wife and their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren reside, and a Trump-branded golf course, Trump National Golf Club Jupiter, is located.
The newly acquired mansion boasts six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a sprawling 11,270 square feet of living space. Situated in a gated community, the property recently underwent a significant renovation, featuring new clean-white contemporary finishes.
Built initially in 1995, the home underwent its latest round of renovations in February, adding modern touches to the property. Amenities include a bar, fitness area, massage room, built-in grill, and a pool. The master suite offers a balcony with views of the Loxahatchee River, a whirlpool, spa, and a separate tub and shower.
This purchаse marks their new chapter in Florida, where they sold their Bridgehampton home for $8.14 million before relocating.
