Haven Homes’ Richmond Gate Estate in Ikate Elegushi, Lekki Lagos, boasts a community of notable residents, including the renowned Mavin singer Tiwa Savage.
Prior to entering the estate, they made a point to contact the resident. Despite numerous attempts at communication going unanswered, The Sun crew eventually disclosed their purpose: a visit to Tiwa Savage. The gatekeeper’s demeanor shifted, and he inquired about the existence of an appointment.
Having spoken to the gatekeeper, The Sun crew approached a middle-aged individual a short distance away to inquire about the presence of the famous songstress within the estate.
“It’s worth noting that Tiwa Savage isn’t the sole artist residing in this community,” the individual responded. “Other prominent figures such as Iyanya, Timaya, MI, AY (the comedian), and more also call this place home. Even Annie Macaulay, the wife of TuFace Idibia, frequents this neighborhood.”
