Uncover the Allure of the $16.5M L.A. Home Formerly Belonging to Rihanna, Chrissy Teigen, and John Legend

The old residence of Rihanna in Los Angeles undoubtedly sparkles like a precious gem.

According to the New York Post, the pregnant “Love on the Brain” singer bought the Beverly Hills mansion for $5M in 2011 and sold it for $7.7M in 2014. She just debuted her halftime act at the Sᴜρег Bowl.

A few years later, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen moved in. They stayed there for four years until selling the house for $16.8M in 2021, according to information provided to PEOPLE at the time. In August 2020, they had placed a $23,950,000 first listing on it.

In September 2020, Teigen and Legend paid $17,500,000 for a brand-new house, another Beverly Hills property.

Currently back on the market, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is being marketed by Justin Paul Huchel of Carolwood Estates and Carl Gambino of Compass.

“This is a one-of-a-kind estate with celebrity history and pedigree,” claims Huchel. It is well positioned in Beverly Hills on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers expansive views of the canyons and the ocean.

“The interiors offer extraordinary scale,” the author writes, “with 33 foot custom ceilings and designer finishes made from the finest materials available.” Teigen’s Southeast Asian heritage is honored with the hand-carved ceiling, which was imported from Thailand.

The expansive living area in the contemporary house provides a peaceful spot to unwind with floor-to-ceiling windows and a long fireplace constructed of concrete and metal. Additionally, the accommodation has direct access to the pool and garden.

A built-in stove and a huge center island with waterfall marble worktops are features of the newly renovated kitchen. Those who follow cookbook author and culinary enthusiast Teigen on social media would recognize it.

Similar brass accents identify each doorway in the magnificent dining room, which also has gray ceiling moldings and a striking lighting fixture. Through the large windows, diners can take in views of the canyons and surrounding vegetation while they are eating.

The main bedroom has a fireplace made of brass and concrete with access to a private terrace. Additionally, a private dressing room and glam room are linked to it.
