Mark Wahlberg has reduced the asking price of his Beverly Hills, California, mansion by $8 million, to $79.5 million
The home was initially listed in April with a $87.5 million asking price. According to the advertisement made by Carl Gambino of Compass and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, Inc., it is situated in North Beverly Park, which is referred to as “the most exclusive gated community on the West Coast.”
The residence, designed by Richard Landry, is over 30,000 square feet in size
The property was characterized in the advertising as “basically functioning as your very own private country club.” It had been taken off the market the previous month, but it was relisted on Tuesday at a higher price. Mr. Cambino and Mr. Rappaport were asked to answer, but they did not do so right away.
