In order to construct this exquisite residence, Rockefeller Partners Architects have ingeniously capitalized on a sprawling plot spanning an impressive 10,000 square feet. However, due to the irregular shape of the house and the charming existence of a small grove adorned with eucalyptus and pine trees, achieving a perfect utilization of the land proved to be a challenge. Nevertheless, the architects devised a brilliant solution by intelligently dividing the house into two wings. This strategic arrangement not only enhanced the panoramic views but also minimized the overall bulk and visual impact of the structure.
It’s a great example of how nature and people can live together peacefully and of how you get to adapt to what nature has to offer. The location of this house was not very friendly when the building first started. There were some difficulties with the irregularities of the ground but it seems like everything was solved in time.
The structure of the house was adapted to the environmental details and so it has two parts or two wings. But this is not a disadvantage, it’s just a detail. It’s a very beautiful mansion, very large and very welcoming. It has all the features necessary and it even has a pool outside.
It’s beautiful and modern. The interior was also nicely decorated, very stylish and elegant but with a modern touch. It seems like the designers were very attentive to details and they have also taken into consideration the functionality of this structure, which seems to be the main priority. But this doesn’t mean that the aesthetic part was left out, on the contrary, the house very beautiful and stylish.
