WWE WrestleMania 39 on April 1, 2023, lit up the scene at LA’s SoFi Stadium. Amidst all the excitement, a surprise NFL and wrestling combo stole the show. George Kittle, the tough San Francisco 49ers tight end, took center stage.

This unexpected twist emerged when renowned sports media figure and former NFL star, Pat McAfee, stepped up to accept an open challenge from The Miz, a former two-time WWE Champion. Amidst the gripping showdown, The Awesome One’s attempt to exit the battle was met with scorn from none other than George Kittle, positioned ringside.

A heated exchange led to The Miz shoving Kittle, triggering an astonishing reaction – the 49ers’ athletic powerhouse leaped over the barricade, delivering a thunderous clothesline.

Kittle’s unexpected move brought The Miz back to the ring. McAfee seized the moment, punting The Awesome One’s upper body and clinching the victory. Fans were thrilled by the surprise McAfee show, and Kittle’s impromptu wrestling stint made it all the more incredible.

People started to imagine Kittle’s potential wrestling future once his football journey ends. The buzz around his short but powerful appearance at WrestleMania added to the excitement. Notably, Roman Reigns, even named Kittle as a possible NFL-to-WWE candidate.

In the sprawling collision of sports entertainment, George Kittle’s unexpected WrestleMania cameo etched a memorable moment, hinting at a potential future where football and wrestling intertwine in new and captivating ways.

George Kittle and Pat McAfee poke fun at The Miz

In a post-match interview filled with playful banter, NFL tight end George Kittle and sports personality Pat McAfee joined forces to mock The Miz in a lighthearted WrestleMania moment. Kittle, still buzzing from his WWE experience, marveled, “Pinch myself and ask if I’m dreaming. And I still think I’m dreaming, I mean, WrestleMania with Pat McAfee, beating The Miz? What else could I want to do tonight? Who knows?”

Directing his jabs at The Miz, Kittle quipped, “He was asking for it… Hollywood guy, likes to wear sunglasses inside in the dark. That’s just what The Miz does. And he just to be put in his place sometimes, you know? I mean, he’s great on the mic but hey, those ‘little tiny balls’ need some help”.

The NFL star left a door open for more WWE action, stating, “Mr. H has my number, not a call I’ll ignore. Open for a fun, violent event”.

The friendly taunts and candid remarks kept the atmosphere buzzing as Kittle and McAfee’s camaraderie translated seamlessly from the football field to the wrestling ring. With their comical digs, the duo proved that sports and entertainment know no bounds.
