According to the listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates, “The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills,” using the abbreviation “you only live once.” This English Tudor is the perfect fusion of country charm and contemporary comfort, situated in a secluded cul-de-sac and flanked by equestrian trails.
According to PropertyShark records, Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, spent $7.7 million for the property in 2012. According to the listing information, the singer of the songs “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” initially listed the house in March for $14.8 million. Early in May, the deal was made.
