Cristiano Ronaldo has once again unknowingly got caught in a controversy that involves another woman. Throughout his career, Ronaldo has often found himself embroiled in controversies because of women. The Portuguese superstar is known for high-profile relationships and numerous flings. Although Ronaldo now appears settled with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, he has found himself in hot waters again. 

Recently, a video went viral on social media platforms where Cristiano Ronaldo could be heard talking to a woman. A voice that appears extremely similar to Ronaldo’s says, “Hello! Maybe I called the wrong number. It’s Cristiano.” An excited woman’s voice can be heard from the other end, “Cristiano Ronaldo?” To which, the Portuguese soccer icon replies, “Yes.“

Ronaldo further apologizes and tries to explain how he wanted to call his friend. The excited woman replies that she is Ronaldo’s friend. The woman goes on to explain that her name is Haleme Boland and that she is a Kuwaiti TV presenter, and that she was a celebrity. Haleme also goes on to call Ronaldo, “the best in the world.” However, according to reports, the entire incident was fake. 

As per the reports, the woman, Haleme, fabricated Cristiano Ronaldo’s voice. Moreover, it is also being reported that Ronaldo and Al-Nassr will be taking legal action against the woman. The woman, who started the entire thing as a joke, will now probably have to pay a hefty chunk from her pocket if the Al-Nassr star decides to file a lawsuit against her. 

Cristiano Ronaldo’s past controversies with women

Although Cristiano Ronaldo had no part to play in the aforementioned incident, this isn’t his first controversy involving another woman. One of the biggest controversies ever in the former Real Madrid star’s life was when he was accused of r*pe back in 2017. An American model, Kathryn Mayorga, accused Ronaldo of r*ping her in a nightclub in Las Vegas way back in 2009.

While Ronaldo denied these allegations, all cases against him were closed in 2019 as the allegations couldn’t be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Secondly, to date, the identity of the mother of Ronaldo’s eldest 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., remains ambiguous to the world. However, the Portuguese talisman has stated that he would reveal her identity to his son at an appropriate time. 

There are some other cases where several women have indicated Ronaldo’s adulterous behavior. Some of them have even claimed that the former Manchester United star has cheated on his girlfriend, Georgina. Most recently, Ronaldo was alleged to have been groped by another woman while attending a promotional event in Singapore.
