Rasmus Hojlund has completed his medical at Manchester United as the club get set to make the Atalanta striker their third signing of the summer.
The 20-year-old went through various medical tests after touching down at Manchester Airport ahead of his £72million switch to join Erik ten Hag‘s side.
Hojlund landed in Manchester on Tuesday afternoon and headed to United’s Carrington training complex.
The forward has already agreed personal terms on a five-year contract with the option of a further year, and the contract will be officially signed on Wednesday.
Hojlund has also conducted his media duties and will join up with his new team-mates once they land back in England following the conclusion of their pre-season tour of America.

The Danish hotshot’s arrival ends United’s pursuit for a new striker with Ten Hag hoping the youngster can help end his side’s struggle for goals ahead of the new Premier League season.
The forward scored nine goals in the Italian top-flight last season with the 13-time Premier League champions keen to bring in a forward with such high potential.
Ten Hag has been desperate to bring in a new striker ahead of United’s upcoming campaign and is hoping he will be able to get the most out of the European talent.
Hojlund has been focused on pushing through a summer deal to move to the club and is a self-confessed United supporter after following the team while growing up.
Hojlund could make his United debut as soon as Saturday when Lens travel to Old Trafford
It is expected he will have to catch up on fitness after joining United’s pre-season late having not played a single minute in either of Atalanta’s two warm-up clashes.
He sat on the bench for Atalanta’s most recent friendly encounter with Bournemouth and wasn’t risked in case he picked up an injury that could derail the deal.
Paris Saint-Germain attempted to try and hijack United’s pursuit of Hojlund but failed in their efforts as the striker remained committed in moving to Manchester.
He will likely be unveiled as United’s newest signing later in the week and could make his Old Trafford debut as soon as Saturday when Lens travel to the north west for a friendly.
