After paying for a hospital, Sadio Mane is now building a school in his home village in Senegal

Sadio Mane is financing a school at the cost of €270,000 in his home village of Bamballi in Senegal. He recently paid for a hospital, and he also gives families money. He also gives football kits for free to 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

Sadio Mane returned to his home village in Bamballi to check on the progress of the school he is building. He is financing the construction of the school at a cost of  €270,000. Big project, isn’t it? Sadio Mane is renowned in his home area for giving out football kits for free to 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren and for also providing families with money.

He also paid for a hospital in the village, and now is he on to buidling a school. Here is a man who never forgets his roots no matter his station and progress in life.

Twitter users were moved by Mane’s heartwarming gesture. One user wrote, “Great to see footballers doing great things off the pitch and thinking of others rather than being self-centred.”

Another said, “Being humble, remembering your roots costs nothing, you die with with your money or fancy things you buy, but you can change lives easy!”

People simply cannot resist falling in love with Mane’s actions towards positive contribution and development in the community he came from.

In a speech read by his uncle Sana Toure at the presentation of his gift, Mane urged locals, “Education is very important. This is what will enable you to have a good career.”

In a society where many people are marginalized from education opportunities, what Mane is doing should be really applauded.

Bayern Munich have accepted an offer from Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr for Sadio Mane.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the deal is set to go ahead following advanced talks.

Mane is set to join Al-Nassr, where he will link up with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Paperwork will now be checked by the player ahead of Mane undergoing a medical.

According to James Benge, Mane will move for £34million (€40m) and will also receive a net salary of the same amount.
