He ran into some trouble on the way to the set of his latest music video yesterday when he was slapped with a speeding ticket.

But Justin Bieber put his bad morning behind him once he arrived at the Los Angeles location and got stuck into his work.

And it’s no surprise that the 18-year-old was quickly distracted, as one of the scenes for the video required him to pucker up with a pretty brunette.

The teen idol wrapped his arms around the mystery girl’s waist as they shared a steamy smooch.

While Justin unsurprisingly seemed in good spirits during filming, his girlfriend Selena Gomez will probably not be best pleased at seeing her beau in someone else’s arms.

The pair reportedly split up recently but put on a show of solidarity the night before Justin’s shoot when they stepped out hand in hand for a dinner date.

Justin sported a plaid shirt and jeans for the kissing scenes, while his on-screen girlfriend showed some skin in tiny denim hotpants and a white top.

The music video also saw Justin dressed up in an all-black ensemble which consisted of a T-shirt, blazer and leather trousers.

The cute-looking pop star spent time in between takes smiling and chatting to the crew.

On his way to the shoot Justin was pulled over by police after being spotted driving at 80 miles per hour in his chrome Fisker Karma sports car.

He was stopped on the 101 Southland Freeway, near Calabasas, California, as he tried to get away from photographers who were pursuing him.

Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine – a former motor officer – called the police after witnessing Justin’s driving and said he believed the star was doing more than 100mph.

He told TMZ: ‘Bieber was driving like a maniac. He was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars as he weaved from lane to lane.

‘If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving. I was going 60 and he drove by me like he was in a rocket ship. He was a maniac.’

Dennis added the paparazzi in pursuit of the star were also driving recklessly.

And he allegedly was one of ten people to report the teen to authorities after seeing his driving, according to TMZ.
