MANCHESTER UNITED youngster Cristiano Ronaldo Jr showcased his talent with a goal straight out of his dad’s playbook.

The 11-year-old, who officially signed for the Red Devils’ academy last month, sent social media into meltdown over the strike.

In a clip posted by Ronaldo fan account CR7Brasil, the United starlet can be seen honing in on his s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s on an indoor pitch.

Wearing a club training kit, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s eldest 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 plays a pass against the wall back at himself, before taking a touch and driving at goal.

Cristiano Jr can be seen doing a ball roll, quickly followed by a step over before pulling off Ronaldo’s signature chop inside.

He then rifles a right-footed shot into the top right corner before celebrating by running up to the camera and taking his shirt off.

Fans were loving the video which boasts over 75,000 likes on Instagram.

Commenting on his strike, one user said: “If Cristiano Ronaldo closely monitors the development of this boy… man, this boy will be a superstar.”

Another remarked: “He has the same style as his father lol even the cut he gave there.”

A third added: “He reminds me of Ronaldo when he was younger in Manchester.”

This supporter then messaged: “Well I’m still seeing this guy growing up and becoming a football monster.”

Meanwhile one simply stated: “The cut and kick very similar to that of Cristiano.”

Ronaldo’s mum Dolores Aveiro declared in September how her grandson is better than what the Real Madrid legend was at his age.

Though Ronaldo has stressed he will never force his son to stay in football.

He said of his son’s footballing future: “Only time will tell. I will never pressure him. He will do what he wants.

“Also what I want the most for Cristianito and everyone else is that they’re happy and that they choose what they want. I will support in any way.”

Ronaldo trained alongside Cristiano Jr in Dubai in January during the Premier League winter break.
