Returning with a fresh new cast, Blood Harvest stars scream queen Jenna Ortega, best known for her roles in Wednesday and Scream, and horror veteran Bill Skarsgård, whose chilling performance as Pennywise in It still haunts audiences to this day. Together, they must survive a new wave of carnage in Plymouth, Massachusetts, where a masked 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁er has returned for another helping.

Set one year after the events of the original massacre, the town of Plymouth is trying to move on. But when Thanksgiving week begins, a new series of ritualistic murders rocks the town again. Jenna Ortega plays Eva Monroe, a college student returning home for the holidays, while Bill Skarsgård portrays Detective Lorne Grady, a former FBI profiler haunted by his own dark past.

As the body count rises and turkeys aren’t the only thing being carved, Eva and Detective Grady must unravel the twisted legacy of the 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁er known only as John Carver. But this time, the 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁er isn’t acting alone…

💬 In the trailer, Ortega’s voiceover delivers a chilling warning: “He’s not just back. He’s hungrier.”

The trailer features glimpses of harrowing chase scenes through cornfields, blood-soaked dining tables, and a twisted Thanksgiving Day parade turned nightmare. There are clear nods to 80s slashers, with practical effects, gruesome 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s, and dark humor laced throughout.

Eli Roth returns as producer, while up-and-coming horror director Tobias Rehn takes the helm. “We wanted to honor the legacy of the first film but take it further,” Rehn said in a statement. “This isn’t just a sequel—it’s a blood-soaked reinvention of holiday horror.”

Thanksgiving 2: Blood Harvest carves into theaters November 7, 2025—just in time for the most terrifying Thanksgiving yet.

“This holiday, the harvest comes with a price.”
