Artificial sweeteners, particularly aspartame, have sparked concern among health professionals. Classified as possibly carcinogenic, aspartame is prevalent in numerous products. While not definitively harmful, moderation is advised due to potential links to liver cancer.

Lastly, processed foods laden with additives and preservatives can contribute to inflammation and other health issues. These substances may increase cancer risk, especially with long-term overconsumption. Being mindful of ingredient lists can help consumers make better dietary choices.
