General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is struggling with Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) passing.

As he’s pointed out many times, she truly picked him and Rocco Falconeri (Francis Carr) out of a dark hole and added a new spark into their lives.

While he is getting support from his family and loved ones, this may not be enough once Sam’s autopsy results are revealed.

GH spoilers suggest that the autopsy results will come out sometime during the week of November 18-22. Sam’s passing was a shock for several reasons, and fans can’t help but feel some sort of tampering or foul play was involved in her passing.

After all, the hospital staff ran multiple tests to see if she was a viable liver donor for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and her post-surgery care was reviewed carefully.

GH spoilers suggest that Dante is a cop who always goes by the book. He has been tempted to bend the rules now and again; however, for the most part, he always does the right thing.

Dante is an incredible detective, but likely won’t be placed on Sam’s case because of a conflict of interest. Still, will that stop Dante from finding out who 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ed the love of his life?

Crossing a line to get evidence could cause Dante to get a slap on the wrist by the PCPD. Anna Devane (Fiola Hughes) has a soft spot in her heart for him, so she won’t throw the book at him, but her hands might be tied about letting him off easily.

But what if Dante crosses a major line when he finds out who was behind Sam’s demise?

What if he takes justice into his own hands? With Lulu waking up this week, he’ll know that Rocco will be taken care of, which may open a door of opportunity for Dante to do something drastic like shoot or murder the person behind Sam’s passing.

This would land him in jail, but he may not even care at this point. Sadly, Dante has been drowning in sorrow and it looks like there’s no end to this mourning.
