The diva, who turned 54 on Monday, shared a sneak peek of her vacation with her fans on her Instagram account on Thursday after jetting off with Moroccan and Monroe, 11, and her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, 39.
In the clip, the 54-year-old hitmaker splashed around in the water with her dancer lover, who kissed the singer’s cheek at one point.
The songwriter, who was recently described as ‘a gift from God’ by one of her ex-husbands, has been romantically involved with her boyfriend since they were first linked in 2016.
Carey wore a form-hugging black wetsuit that was left open at its front during the trip.
The All I Want For Christmas Is You singer also donned a green bikini top that showed off her cleavage.

Tanaka kept it casual in a pair of patterned trunks while enjoying the company of his girlfriend.
Carey and her boyfriend have been connected since 2006, when he served as a backup dancer on her Adventures of Mimi tour.
The singer was previously married to both record executive Tommy Motola and comedian Nick Cannon, and she tied the knot with the latter in 2008.
The pair welcomed their twins in 2011 before they separated and divorced in 2014.
She subsequently became engaged to billionaire James Packer in 2015, although they split up the following year.
Carey eventually moved on with Tanaka, and they were spotted while locking lips during a trip to the beach in November of 2016.
