But Selena Gomez looks more like the Disney kid of old as she chews on a French fry in a new picture she posted on the internet.

Adding a touch of humour, the 21-year-old captioned the image ‘goodnight Vegas’ after putting it up for fans to see on Instagram in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A friend also in the frame has a spoon stuck to her nose as the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ish pair hammed it up for the camera.

The snap was a lot more innocent than the 𝓈ℯ𝓍y pose she took hours earlier on Instagram with the caption ‘It’s Vegas… Sparkle time.’

And it was certainly a far cry from the 𝓈ℯ𝓍y look she adopted as she attended the launch of Flaunt magazine in Beverly Hills earlier in the week.

The pop star struck a series of saucy poses as she showed off her assets in a black silk dress with a plunging neckline and opening at the stomach.

However it may have been a refreshing change for the old guard of her army of fans.

For they grew up watching her light up their television screens as jolly teenage sorcerer Alex Russo on Wizards Of Waverly Place.

Selena starred in four series of the hit show, which aired from 2007 to 2012 on Disney Channel, and also returned to the role for a one of special TV movie which aired in March.
