Peyton and her faithful dog Dash are practically pros at having a good time together, but during life’s not-so-fun moments, their adorable bond doesn’t break.

In fact, it only seems to get stronger.

Peyton’s mother, Jillian Marie Smith, knew immediately that Dash’s presence in her home would bring a whole new level of joy and comfort. And she does it.

“Dash has made life happier for the whole family,” he said. “Especially for Peyton. “If you ask Peyton, Dash is her friend.”

This probably won’t be the last time Peyton finds herself in trouble. But as she travels the path of early life and experiences all the lessons learned along the way, she takes comfort in knowing that her dog’s best friend will be by her side at all times.
