Pamela Anderson’s Malibu property has been sold
Actress, model, and animal rights advocate Pamela Anderson reportedly made close to $12 million from the sale of her modern Malibu, California beachfront home.
According to listing documents, the house sold on Tuesday for just over $11.8 million. It is located in the opulent Malibu Colony, a neighborhood full of famous people with 24-hour guard-gated protection. The house had been up for sale with a $14.9 million asking price since the spring.

The teakwood-built home “blends a perfect balance of elegant design, thoughtfully sourced elements, sustainable living, and quintessential beachside lifestyle to offer a coveted legendary estate,” according to the listing with Tomer Fridman of Compass, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
54-year-old Ms. Anderson invested $1,8 million on the property and its previous home in 2000. According to Ms. Anderson, who spoke to The Wall Street Journal in March, the estate’s current status was achieved through a $8 million investment and ten years of labor.
The main house’s three bedrooms has glass walls, an open living and kitchen space, a slab island, and custom cabinets. The master bedroom suite, which has a fireplace, sauna, and private balcony with panoramic views, is accessed via a suspended central staircase.
Outside, a bar area, outdoor entertaining areas, a vegetable garden, and a guarded path to the lagoon surround the pool. The property also has a one-bedroom guesthouse.
