During the promotion for the movie “Fast & Furious 9“, the cast paid tribute to the dedication of the late actor Paul Walker.

On January 31, the cast of Fast & Furious 9 was present in Miami, Florida, USA to promote the film. The event featured movie stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris, Ludacris, Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, John Cena, Sung Kang and director Justin Lin.

At the event, Vin Diesel and Sung Kang reiterated the great contributions of the late actor – Paul Walker during the making of the Fast & Furious movie.

Vin Diesel once thanked his deceased colleague for guiding him on the right path. Actor emotional: “Paul Walker was the very important person that made me decide to be a father. He was the one who said I went to the hospital, so I had surgery to heal quickly. He was also the only person in California who knew that I was going to have a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.”

“The bald guy” Vin Diesel and Walker have a close relationship. When his best friend died, Diesel took the name Paul to give his third daughter 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in 2015. The actor, 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in 1967, is also Meadow’s godfather – Paul Walker’s daughter.

For director Justin Lin, Paul Walker was a great partner. He once shared memories with the late actor: “Paul appeared on the set in the first days to shoot the chase scenes. Sometimes, I knew he was very tired, but Paul always smiled and said it was okay. That helped me realize I had just found a great partner. Tyrese Gibson and Ludacris also appeared in the film’s promotion. Both are the faces that appear throughout every episode of Fast & Furious. Tyrese Gibson and Ludacris are loved by the audience through the stage fights between two funny Roman – Tej characters.

Actor Nathalie Emmanuel plays hacker Ramsey in season 9 of the popular series. Before that, the actress appeared in Fast & Furious 7 (2015).

Jordana Brewster also returns as Mia in F9. Mia is the wife of Brian O’Conner – the character of the late actor Paul Walker and had a breakup in part 7. The return of the girl sparked rumors that Brian would also return thanks to the Walker brothers’ acting and special effects technology – which the crew used to apply to the unfinished scenes of Fast & Furious 7.

F9 adds John Cena. He plays Jakob, Dominic Toretto’s younger brother and also the main antagonist in the film. F9: The Fast Saga is scheduled to premiere on May 22.
