Nothing brings folks together quite like trouble — and if there’s anyone that’s chock full of it, it’s The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Luna! Now that Bill’s found out what she’s done to his son and that she’s claiming to be pregnant with Bill’s grandson, he is beyond furious. And while that may be bad news for Luna, it looks like it could, perversely, be good news for Bill and Katie!
According to spoilers, Bill’s going to try to make amends with Katie on Thursday, maybe by admitting he was so horribly, terribly wrong about Luna. Maybe it’s because he truly appreciates her talking him down and wants to truly get through this as a family. Or, let’s face it, maybe Bill’s just trying to get on her good side so she’ll keep quiet like he asked and give him the chance to murder Luna!
Regardless of the reason, it looks like this is the turning point we’ve been waiting for ever since we learned from the show’s fall preview that the two are likely being pulled back together once again. And coming together for their son, Will, as he deals with the aftermath of Luna’s assault just makes sense. But just to be clear, while we have been waiting for it, that doesn’t necessarily mean we’ve been wanting it! In fact, does anybody want that for Katie?
He cheated on Katie with her own sister, Brooke — a lot. He gave Katie a literal heart attack when Katie learned he was sleeping with Steffy behind her back. He freed Luna from prison which led to her assault of their son, Will. He’s done horrible things to countless people and yet one thing he hasn’t done is really earned a reconciliation with Katie!
And while we know trauma and family can pull people together, that doesn’t always mean it’s a good thing. It’s hard to picture a scenario where this doesn’t end with Katie getting hurt once again. With that said, it’s pretty darn clear that Katie and Bill are about to find their way back into each other’s arms once again.
And we also know Don Diamont would love to see it happen. How? Because he told us back when we talked to him back in the spring! But a big chunk of that is because he loves working with Heather Tom. So while we’re more than a little leery about Bill hurting Katie once again, if anyone can pull this reunion off, it’s Diamont and Tom.
