Mohamed Salah and his Liverpool team-mates provided a number of youngsters with memories they will cherish forever after they enjoyed a kickabout with the kids from the UEFA foundation on Tuesday evening.
Ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Super Cup final with Chelsea in Istanbul, Salah and Co took some time out to meet the amputee footballers before playing with a ball together on the Vodafone Park pitch.
The heart-warming scenes saw the Egyptian international spend some quality time with two of the kids, before he was joined by his team-mates shortly after.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp also got involved as he made a series of passes with one of the youngsters before taking the time to chat and have his picture taken with them.
The German manager took the time to talk with the kids one-on-one before signing autographs before sitting on the pitch.
While Salah played keepy-uppys with one of the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, Sadio Mane, Fabinho, Roberto Firmino and others all joined in and were all smiles during the wholesome session.

Following the activity, each and every Liverpool star then signed autographs and took pictures with the kids, capping off a brilliant evening in Turkey.
The UEFA foundation, which was set up in 2014 by then UEFA president Michel Platini, is an organisation that supports initiatives and programmes that help 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren in difficult circumstances.
UEFA established the foundation to use sport to support humanitarian projects linked to 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s rights in areas such as health, education and integration.
