The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 10, reveal that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will wreck Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) big event while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) receives a disturbing message.

For starters, Jack will make an unsettling discovery and worry about what’s ahead.

There’ll be some sort of message that Jack tries to decipher, so he may get a hint about the stunt Cane’s about to pull – even if he doesn’t realize exactly what’s happening yet.

At Society, Billy and Sally will come strutting in for the launch party, but they won’t find the place decked out for the 50s-themed bash they planned.

Sally and Billy won’t find any guests to greet either, so they’ll be confused over what’s going on.

Only a smug-looking Cane will be in the restaurant, so he’ll gloat and deliver a shocker.

Cane will be the reason why the party didn’t happen, so Sally and Billy will end up furious.

Other Y&R spoilers point to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) taking charge somehow, so will that tie in with all the Abbott Communications drama?

Could Phyllis ignore Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) warning and help Cane infiltrate the company to destabilize before it ever gets off the ground?

Of course, it’s also possible Phyllis will take charge of her own future instead and decide to legitimately align with Nick, but it’s tough to believe she’ll bail on Cane quite so easily.

Despite Phyllis’ anger over being left in the dark on Cane’s AI software details, she may move forward with helping him anyway.

Whatever the case, Cane will pull off a victory when he ruins this launch party and perhaps positions himself to take over Abbott Communications altogether.
