Hollywood, May 2025 — Steel Wool Studios and Blumhouse Productions have dropped the teaser trailer for the highly anticipated horror sequel Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 (2025), sending chills down the spines of fans worldwide. With a haunting tagline — “He never left. They never sleep.” — the short but nerve-wracking teaser confirms that the nightmare is far from over.

Following the massive box office success of the first film in 2023, the sequel dives deeper into the twisted legacy of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The teaser opens with static-laced surveillance footage of an abandoned pizzeria, eerily quiet until the faint sound of music box chimes pierces the silence.
A shadow flickers past the camera.
Then a flickering screen reveals a new security guard played by breakout star Jenna Ortega, nervously entering what appears to be a new underground facility. As she flips through old employee files, a distorted recording plays in the background: “You’ve been chosen… to keep them company.”

Directed once again by Emma Tammi, the film promises more lore, more fear, and an even tighter blend of psychological horror and jump-scare chaos. The animatronics, designed with new animatronic puppetry and VFX, are said to be “more expressive and terrifying” than in the first film.
Blumhouse founder Jason Blum teased on social media: “If you thought the first one was scary… you haven’t met the Toy Animatronics yet.”
