Damien Leone has officially unveiled the spine-chilling teaser trailer for Terrifier 4, set to hit theaters in November 2025 — and fans are already dubbing it the most terrifying installment yet.
Released unexpectedly on the official Cineverse YouTube channel during a surprise midnight drop, the Terrifier 4 teaser clocks in at just 1 minute and 12 seconds, but that was more than enough to send horror fans into a frenzy online.

Art the Clown Is Back — And He’s Not Alone
The teaser opens with grainy security camera footage of a deserted amusement park at night. Faint 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s laughter echoes in the background, growing more distorted as the camera zooms into a fog-covered funhouse. Suddenly, the lights flicker… and Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton) emerges from the darkness — grinning, bloodied, and holding a jack-in-the-box with a grotesque human eye inside.
But that’s not the only shocker. The trailer teases the appearance of a new mysterious female character, only credited as “The Silence”, portrayed by horror newcomer Isla Vane. With ghostly white skin, hollow eyes, and movements reminiscent of stop-motion animation, her presence seems to point to an ancient evil deeper than anything seen in the Terrifier universe so far.
Damien Leone Promises a “Twisted Fairy Tale from Hell”
In a cryptic voiceover during the trailer, an unseen narrator whispers: “Some clowns are 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in nightmares… but this one was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 from something far worse.”
Director Damien Leone, who returns once again to helm the fourth entry, teased in a recent interview that Terrifier 4 will delve deeper into Art’s origin story — but in a way that “no one will expect.”
“This isn’t just about gore and mayhem anymore,” Leone said. “It’s about legacy, madness, and the true horror of what lives in the dark corners of 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥hood fears.”
The trailer ends with a blood-splattered carousel slowly spinning, Art seated at the center, laughing maniacally while holding a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥’s teddy bear soaked in red. The screen cuts to black as the words “TERRIFIER 4 – WELCOME TO THE END” fade into view.
Cast, Release Date, and Expectations
Alongside David Howard Thornton, Terrifier 4 will see the return of Lauren LaVera as Sienna, who survived the brutal events of Terrifier 2 and 3. It is also rumored that horror legend Bill Moseley will make a cameo as a deranged ringmaster.
Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting have confirmed that Terrifier 4 will release on November 17, 2025, just in time for Halloween.
Fans are already dissecting every frame of the teaser online, with the hashtag #Terrifier4 trending worldwide within an hour of its release. Early comments from YouTubers and horror creators call the teaser “unsettling,” “visually nightmarish,” and “an instant classic in horror marketing.”
