Andrew Lincoln, who captivated audiences as Rick Grimes, was 37 in 2010 and will be 52 in 2025. After departing the show in 2018, Lincoln has focused on family life and is set to reprise his role in upcoming spin-offs, maintaining his status as a fan favorite.

Norman Reedus, portraying the rugged Daryl Dixon, was 41 at the show’s launch and will be 56 in 2025. Reedus transformed Daryl into a cultural icon, and continues to be a central figure in The Walking Dead universe with his own spin-off, while sharing his passion for motorcycles and fatherhood on social media.

Melissa McBride, who started as the timid Carol Peletier at age 45, is now 60 and celebrated for her remarkable character transformation into a fierce survivor. Her continued presence in spin-offs solidifies her legacy within the franchise.

Steven Yeun, who played Glenn Rhee, was just 26 when he joined and is now 41. Following his departure in 2016, Yeun gained acclaim in Hollywood, notably earning an Oscar nomination for Minari, and remains an advocate for Asian representation in film.

Lauren Cohan, cast as Maggie Greene at age 29, is now 43 and continues to shine in both The Walking Dead and blockbuster films. Chandler Riggs, who grew up on-screen as Carl Grimes, is now 26 and thriving in music and acting.

Dania Gurira, who introduced Michonne in Season 3 at 34, now 47, continues to shine in Hollywood with roles in major films while advocating for diverse voices. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, portraying Negan since 2016, brings charisma and complexity to the role and is still active in the franchise.

The show has seen other remarkable talent as well, including Sarah Wayne Callies, who played Lori Grimes, and John Bernthal as Shane Walsh, both of whom have continued to thrive in their careers. As we approach 2025, the legacy of The Walking Dead’s cast remains strong, with many continuing to make significant contributions to the entertainment industry while keeping the spirit of the series alive in fans’ hearts.
