Following that, Mark Kastelic and Logan Stanley squared off in a spirited bout. The tension escalated when Zadorov and Lowry dropped their gloves at center ice, trading blows in a back-and-forth exchange.

Mark Kastelic and Logan Stanley both received game misconduct for fighting. Meanwhile, Gustafsson, Lowry, and Nikita Zadorov were passed five-minute major penalties.
The Boston Bruins lost the game 8-1.
