General Hospital spoilers hint Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may look ticked right now at the sight of his wife getting down and dirty with his uncle, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), but she also just leveled the playing field.

Michael wasn’t feeling all that guilty about his drunken romp with his ex-girlfriend, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), but he might start to allow himself to now that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) has broken this cardinal rule of their marriage, too.

If they both manage to come clean about their offenses, will they be able to wipe the slate clean, forgive each other, and move forward?

Willow has pleaded her case, and Michael appears sympathetic but he’s not really buying it. That’s because he knows the whole truth – and thus, he knows his wife isn’t delivering it to him.

Michael wants he and Willow to be on the same page, and he recognizes that means they both need to desire to tell the truth.

He’s ready to come clean about his transgression with Sasha, but is Willow’s apology going to be enough to mend fences if she doesn’t admit to Michael that she slept with his shady uncle?

Michael and Willow could both genuinely have the best of intentions trying to mitigate the damage done to their marriage and moving on with the desire to make it work, but that doesn’t mean the hurdles they’ll have to face in doing so are anywhere near over.

If Willow ends up pregnant, she’s going to struggle with not knowing who the father of her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 is. Will Michael still be willing to stick it out with her if she’s going to give 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to his cousin?

Will Willow be able to cohabitate with Sasha knowing what happened between her and Michael, or will she insist that they replace the Q cook right away?

Of course, it’s quite possible that Willow isn’t going to face any long-term side effects from her tryst with Drew, apart from breaking Michael’s trust and heart.

A 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 on board isn’t a given for her. But that doesn’t mean it won’t be for Sasha — and there is no question who the father of her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 is.

Can Michael really ask Willow to stand by him while his ex-girlfriend has his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥? It’s probably safe to say Willow and Sasha would never be friends again.
