General Hospital spoilers tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is facing every parent’s worst nightmare.

As viewers know, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) recently passed away while in recovery at General Hospital right after a successful surgery where she donated a portion of her liver to give to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans).

Even though Sam’s portion of the surgery seemed to be a success, Sam suffered a heart attack not long after waking up from the procedure.

General Hospital Surgery – Lulu Spencer Has Been In A Come For Many Years

While the transplant surgery was a success on Lulu’s side as well, it didn’t seem to change the fact that she was still in the same come she’s been in for the past four years.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is preparing to have Lulu sent to a long-term care facility once again now that she has stabilized. But it seems that a miracle is about to take place, and Lulu is going to finally wake up!

GH Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Will Get A Miracle

Once news begins to spread that Lulu is awake, look for Port Charles to look at it as a miracle or sorts. After her brain injury four years ago, there was no guarantee that Lulu would ever wake up.

Laura never gave up and her faith is now going to finally pay off as her daughter once again joins the land of the living. While Sam’s death has hit Port Charles hard, at least they can take comfort in Lulu’s return.

General Hospital Spoilers – Alexis Davis May Be Resentful Of Laura Collins

While none of this is Laura fault, Alexis won’t be able to hide her resentment that Laura has her daughter back, at the cost of hers. Rationally, Alexis will know that it doesn’t really work like that, but the fact remains that Lulu is back, and Sam is gone.

She’s going to have to lean on her friends and family as she processes this news. Of course, in the end Alexis will be happy her daughter sacrificed herself for a such a noble cause but it may take her a bit of time to get there.
