General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death will come as a shock to those closest to her. As viewers know, Sam is Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havans) liver donor.

Sam’s portion of the transplant surgery was supposed to be fairly simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, for reasons yet unknown, Sam’s situation will become dire, and she won’t’ survive.

While it’s not clear if Sam will die on the operating table or if something will happen while she’s in recovery, the result will still be the same. There are several people who will feel intense amounts of guilt once Sam’s death is revealed.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri And Rocco Falconeri Wanted Lulu Spencer Back

Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will certainly regret how hard he pushed Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) to find a way to save his mother.

Rocco certainly wants his mom back, but he never dreamed it would cost Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) theirs.

Similarly, Dante never expected that his current love would give up her life to save his ex. Both Rocco and Dante will suffer from quite a lot of guilt. No one expected Lulu’s recovery to come at the cost of Sam’s life.

GH Spoilers – Molly Lansing-Davis and Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ Feud Will Come Back To Haunt Them

Sam’s younger sisters, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristin Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) have been so wrapped up in their feud with each other, that they couldn’t even be bothered support Sam when she announced her plan to donate a portion of her liver.

Sam actually walked out on both of them when they wouldn’t stop arguing. Neither Kristina nor Molly showed up at the hospital before Sam went into surgery.

Once they learn that Sam has passed away, they will be not only devastated but full of remorse for their selfishness when Sam needed them the most.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lucas Jones And Lulu Falconeri Will Be Full Of Regret and Guilt

Lucas agreed to Sam’s request that he be the one to do her surgery even though they are half-siblings. Sam even had to sign a waiver that would allow Lucas to perform the surgery despite their being related.

Look for Lucas to go over the surgery time and again wondering what he could have done to make the outcome different for Sam. As far as Lulu goes, she’s going to wake up sooner or later and once she does, she will want to thank Sam for saving her life.

When she realizes that Sam died saving her, Lulu’s guilt will be off the charts. On one hard, she’ll be grateful for the chance to live again, but she never would have wanted Sam to die to make that happen.
