General Hospital spoilers hint Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is thinking about having a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦, and it seems she’s ready to spill those beans to just about everyone — except her husband, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Chase might not appreciate being the last to know that she’s eager for him to become a father already, and it could push him toward being more hesitant to jump on board with her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 on board plan.

Chase is hardly going to be her biggest hurdle toward motherhood. When Brook Lynn asked her mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), whether she was ready to be a nona, the look on Lois’ face said it all. Was that a no? Not quite, but she already considers herself such.

Lois is a true ride or die mom. She’s always thrilled for whatever good is happening in her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 girl’s life. She’ll live vicariously through Brook Lynn’s ups and downs without an ounce of jealousy. That’s a thing in some families in Port Charles.

Lois may be uneasy about the idea of Brook Lynn jumping into mommy mode when she possibly hasn’t yet found a way to tell her daughter the truth about her past. Is Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) actually Brook Lynn’s son?

GH Spoilers – Reveal Nona, Part Deux

There are a great many if’s in play here. If Brook Lynn had a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 years ago and gave it up for adoption, and if that 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 is Gio, then it’s quite possible, no, likely, that Nona Lois knows it.

That doesn’t mean Brook Lynn does, and she’s certainly not showing any signs of such. While she embraces and adores Gio, he’s just part of the family in her mind from back in Bensonhurst. In no way does she behave like he is actually her family, but Lois sort of does.

he’s taken him under her wing and always made sure he was okay. And how about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) being involved?

Is that because they’re his grandparents and wanted to keep watch over him while not going against Brook Lynn — and Dante Falcoeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) wishes to give him up?

General Hospital Spoilers — Will The Truth Come Out A Little Too Late?

With Brook Lynn itching to have a(nother) 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦, will Lois find herself torn as she has a front-row seat to her daughter going through pregnancy again and becoming a mother. Does she worry that journey with Chase could bring up painful memories for Brook Lynn?

Will watching her endure it and reconcile with the decision she made in the past push Lois to want to reveal the truth about Gio to her? If so, will Sonny agree with that notion as Dante will likely be rejoicing Lulu Falconeri’s (Alexa Havins) awakening soon?

It sounds like Lois is about to have a lot of regret on her plate and she may have to decide to either keep this secret or upend everyone’s lives just as Brook Lynn and Chase are preparing to bring a new one into the world. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this plays out.
