A few years back Robert was forced to retire from the WSB and he didn’t like it-that’s when he became Port Charles’ District Attorney. He couldn’t blame Brennan for it at that time, Brennan was the one who got Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) fired and took over his place in the WSB.
Nevertheless, Robert knows about Anna’s past as a double agent-at times, when she wasn’t being impersonated by Alex Devane (Finola Hughes) and fooling people such as Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
It seems that Brennan got out of his prison sentence in Pentonville in a “miraculous” way-and Robert’s likely suspicious. Does Robert have something on Brennan-something more recent than their spy school days?

Another thing that might be getting on Robert’s last nerve is his claim that the WSB couldn’t step foot in Africa-specifically when it came to tracking down Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).
Now Anna is on her own although Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) went with her-Laura and Kevin Collins (Genie Francis, Jon Lindstrom) are there also.
Brennan won’t touch Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and his bunch with a ten foot pole, and Robert knows the WSB being forbidden there is hogwash!

General Hospital Spoilers – Something’s Rotten In The WSB
Robert knows in his “knower” something once more is rotten in the WSB, and Brennan’s a big part of it-he knows corruption when he sees it!
Robert becomes even more upset when he learns from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that Sidwell calls his girlfriend “English”-that’s what Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) told her and Jason!
Robert knows that Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) used to call Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) that nickname and he hasn’t been able to get in touch with her, either!
So now, Robert’s got two ex-wives he’s worried about and Laura and Kevin, not to mention Lucky, who’s needed to save his sister’s life! You can bet Brennan’s going to pressed for some answers, because if he doesn’t, Robert knows who to go to over his head!
