How does he take care of his body and health?

The actress answered, “Of course it’s a diet, anything too much for me is not good, but I can try everything, just don’t overdo it.

“So, with food, with taking, and everything, I’m all right, except really don’t eat too much… you know that, it’s really just the proper diet.

“And I’m really quite artistic, we live a healthy life at home.”

Marian spoke to select members of the media during her launch as a Nekocee endorser at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom in ParaÃąaque City on July 19, 2024.

How does this contribute to her being a full time mom? How does she balance her life as a mother and as a celebrity?

“Well, I always say that, time management and you should really know what your priority in life is,” said Marian.

“Because if you know your priority, you won’t have a hard time deciding what to prioritize and what is more important to you.”

MARIAN RIVERA ON TURNING 40

Marian was asked if she still counts the many products she endorses?

Marian laughed before saying, “Thank you Lord! Sure. When I think about that, I say, ‘Thank you Lord for all the blessings.’

“I am very grateful for whatever is happening in my life and forty this coming August.”

It’s hard to believe that Marian will be forty in August. Does stuff about being forty play on his mind?

He said, “It’s okay, there’s nothing wrong with being forty and I still have two ð˜Īð˜Đ𝘊𝘭ð˜Ĩren.”

And at her age, can a Marian Rivera-Dantes ask for anything more in life?

He said, “Actually, I do all this, and for sure this is what Dong will say, that it is for our ð˜Īð˜Đ𝘊𝘭ð˜Ĩren. Maybe it’s just a bonus for my husband and I.

“But as a parent, you don’t want anything and you wish for your ð˜Īð˜Đ𝘊𝘭ð˜Ĩren to have a good life.”

MARIAN RIVERA ON DREAM PROJECT

Marian has also mentioned that her new movie Balota is also one of the fulfillments of what she wants to do in life.

“And personally, it seems that the Ballot has already answered that , e.

“With what I do in showbiz, soap operas, movies, I don’t seem to have been given a chance to get out of my box or out of my comfort zone.

“And because of the Ballot, I was given a chance to give me what I haven’t done yet,” he said proudly.

The Ballot for Marian has a bonus excitement that hasn’t happened before…

He stressed, “No filter at all. Because, looks, lines, everything really.

As in he was deglamorized in the movie.

He added, “That’s what I want so it’s something new for me. I really want to do something that I haven’t done yet. So this is it, the Ballot has done .”

MARIAN RIVERA ON GETTING THAT GLOW FROM RESTFUL SLEEP

Samantha, Marian’s new endorsement is a big help so she doesn’t have trouble sleeping.

Marian’s introduction about the New product of businesswoman Kath Melendez, “That means only one thing, when I bet my name on a product, number 1, I use him.

“Secondly, I trust him, thirdly, I let my family use me, my family will not allow me to be used if I am not sure.

“Because of that tablet, that capsule… I don’t know if you have awareness, that one capsule has those 15 ingredients, that’s how many there are.

“But what I like the most here, as an artist, it’s not predictable…you know how you don’t know when you’ll finish your work, what time you’ll go to sleep, sometimes I don’t know if it’s just me, when you’re so tired from work , doesn’t it seem harder to sleep?

“Have you experienced anything like that?

“Actually, I’m still on the road and I’m already drinking it, I take it at night, before I go to sleep.

“So it’s just me, for me, I drink it at night, maybe at least 30 minutes to one hour before you go to sleep, at least there’s still space for what you’re going to do, and then in time to go to sleep, relaxed you areâ€Ķ

“So, for the night shifts there, maybe you can drink it in the morning before you go to bed.

“What is the result when you drink him? Maybe you glow more, you sleep better, because when you sleep well, you wake up well, your mood is good.

“When you are in a good mood, you will infect many people with that positive attitude, and when you are positive, everything good and positive will happen to you, and that is what is important.

“It’s true, because before I endorse him, you need to know what you’re taking, it’s not like, ‘Ah, that’s okay, it’s a sleeping pill, it’s not like that.'”
