Anthony Davis has finally responded to Caitlin Clark’s unintentional jab during a lighthearted social media segment. The Indiana Fever rookie and WNBA sensation was asked in a “Would You Rather” quiz whether she’d prefer to have a unibrow or no eyebrows at all. After a long pause, Clark chose, “No eyebrows.”
Though it was all in fun, the comment stirred up some buzz since Davis, famously known for his signature unibrow, has been rocking the look since his college days. Fans speculated it could be a subtle dig at the Los Angeles Lakers star.
When asked about the viral moment, Davis laughed it off. “I heard about it. It’s all good. I know she didn’t mean anything by it,” he said. “I’ve embraced the unibrow for years, it’s just part of who I am. If I started shaving it now, people would think something’s wrong,” he joked.
Davis went on to praise Clark for her impressive achievements in the WNBA. “Caitlin’s been 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ing it this season. She’s a young star, and I respect her game. No hard feelings at all—she’s just having fun, and I can appreciate that.”
It seems Davis is taking the “roast” in stride, showing that even when it comes to personal style, the Lakers’ big man has thick skin.
