Must Watch Chilling First Trailer for Robert Eggers’ ‘Nosferatu’ Movie

“Who is coming to you, my ð˜Īð˜Đ𝘊𝘭ð˜Ĩ?” Focus Features has debuted the first official trailer for Robert Eggers’ new take on Nosferatu, the Dracula story, after playing the trailer exclusively in theaters only this weekend (showing in front of The Bikeriders). This looks super creepy and stylish! A gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake. Based on the original Nosferatu screenplay by Henrik Galeen and Dracula book by Bram Stoker. Starring Bill SkarsgÃĨrd as Count Orlok, Nicholas Hoult as Thomas Hutter, Lily-Rose Depp as Ellen Hutter, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Friedrich Harding, Emma Corrin as Anna Harding, Willem Dafoe as Prof. Albin Eberhart Von Franz, Simon McBurney as Herr Knock, and Ralph Ineson as Dr. Wilhelm Sievers. This is more of a creepy teaser, as they don’t fully reveal Dracula and his new look, but there are lots of hints and shadowy shots that will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. It’s a must watch first trailer.

“He is coming.” Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu is a gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake. Nosferatu is directed by acclaimed American filmmaker Robert Eggers, director of the films The Witch, The Lighthouse, and The Northman previously, plus a few other short films. The screenplay is also written by Robert Eggers; adapted from both of the classic sources Nosferatu – Eine Symphonie des Grauens by Henrik Galeen and Dracula by Bram Stoker. Produced by Jeff Robinov, John Graham, Chris Columbus, Eleanor Columbus, and Eggers. This might premiere at a festival this fall but it hasn’t been revealed yet – stay tuned for more updates. Focus Features will debut Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu movie in theaters nationwide starting on December 25th, 2024, opening on Christmas Day (!!), later in the year. First impression? Is this looking really good so far?
