Keith Lee’s reviews of Atlanta area restaurants have been the talk of the internet over the last week and Cardi B has added her two cents on the matter. In an recent Instagram Live session the “Bongos” rapper let her very strong opinion be known saying she feels as though Atlanta’s restaurants “don’t like” their customers or making money and sometimes she has her people drop her name in hopes of getting better service.

“I feel like Atlanta restaurants, they don’t like to make money. I feel like they don’t like people, they don’t like they [sic] customers, they just don’t f—ing like it. You could barely order in Atlanta restaurants. It gets to the point that I have to tell people that order food for me, ‘Can you just name-drop my name?’ Because they don’t do no pick up orders, they don’t do deliveries, they just don’t do s—.”

Lee has had social media in shambles for the last week with his reviews of some Atlanta hot spots. Though some eateries did get overall positive reviews, there were more than a few that didn’t get a good grade either for food that just wasn’t up to par, or most virally, restaurants that had very strict and seemingly unnecessary and oftentimes confusing rules for pick up or delivery services. Lee even highlighted one business that at first turned him away then later attempted to welcome him in once realizing who he is.

Cardi, who owns a home in Atlanta, and frequents the city, expressed her sympathy for the city’s residents who deal with these antics on the regular.

“The food wait is so busy,” she continued. “It’s so, so busy like, I feel bad for Atlanta residents. Y’all have to go through [a lot]. Thank you Jesus I’m famous, but even me being famous is a hassle.”

She then compared the scene to restaurants in her native New York and questioned whether Atlanta restaurants even want repeat business.

“Motherf—ers don’t like making money out there. In New York, a restaurant is going to open up early and going to close so f—ing late. They’re going to serve you all the motherf—in’ time,” she lamented. “Even with the bougie restaurants, it’s not as bad as the Atlanta service. It’s like they treat you like they doing you a favor! Like, y’all want motherf—ers to come back?”
