Cristiano Ronaldo is aging like wine! When he moved to the Middle East in December of 2022, many believed that Riyadh would become a retirement home for the Portuguese icon. But Ronaldo has silenced his critics. Despite being 38, he is tearing the Saudi Pro League apart with his s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s. The world has always admired his physique and lifestyle. But recently, a report by the Al-Nassr nutritionist has caught the media’s attention.
The report has once again shown the athleticism and determination of CR7, whose presence has heavily helped his Al-Nassr teammates.
Players are getting leaner since Cristiano Ronaldo arrived
As per medical reports from Ronaldo’s Juventus days, it was revealed that he had the body of a 20-year-old. This is all because of the way he maintains his muscle mass of 50 percent. He has consistently performed on the biggest stages of world football because of his lifestyle.
Al-Nassr nutritionist Jose Blesa recently reported that CR7’s lifestyle has quickly caught on in the locker room of the Riyadh-based club. He revealed that the team’s players now have less body fat and more muscles ever since the arrival of their superstar.
Blesa credited Ronaldo for the transformation, “Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players in history, there is a school for those around him, the rest of the players do what he does because everything he does is great to improve performance.”
The nutritionist highlighted how Cristiano has adjusted his diet to Mediterranean cuisine. Blesa also noted that CR7 avoids white meat, sweets and fried food. His arrival is changing the mentality and lifestyle of his Al-Nassr teammates too.
But seeing how long Ronaldo can keep going before he hangs up his boot will be interesting. After all, he is showing no signs of slowing down.
Ronaldo’s form at the start of the season
Cristiano Ronaldo has been in mesmerizing form this season. The superstar has been delivering the goods for both club and county. Recently, he was involved in five goals in only two games for Portugal’s National side in the International break.
Besides his international success, he has been in astonishing form for the Saudi Giants. He has been involved in 18 goals in only 12 appearances for Al-Nassr. The forward scored a stunning free kick on Saturday to secure his team a 2-1 win.
Al-Nassr sits 3rd in the league table, four points behind leaders Al-Hilal. With Ronaldo in red-hot form, will he guide Al-Nassr to glory in the Saudi Pro League and AFC Champions League?
