She clapped back at the troll, writing: “I hope you and your mom die.”
“IDGAF… y’all… you can call me Mexican, put me down and hurt my feelings, talk about everything, that’s why I don’t release music,” Cardi wrote in response in a now-deleted tweet.
She then hinted at suicide, writing: “I just want to put a bullet in my head.”

Cardi addressed her message Instagram live Thursday (October 19).
“When I explode, I’m very open,” she told her fans. “When I have one of my bad moments, I literally curse everyone and say, ‘I want you to die.’ Bitch, I want to die. I do not care! Because that’s how I’m going to feel at the moment.”
She continued: “I was very overwhelmed yesterday. I was very sad. And, I don’t know, I feel like I had such a good week and then when I got home I started paying attention to so many things that people were saying about me and all these funny things. — about me… I just started getting upset about it.”
The Bronx native has previously opened up about how trolls have influenced her music in the past.
“I used to love making music, but now making music has become a job that gives me anxiety,” Cardi B said on Instagram Live back in December. “Everyone just criticizes everything I do, it’s like… you know, sometimes you just don’t want to do something that can cause you so much anxiety. So I just say, “Ugh!” – I’m freezing, but I need to let it go. I need to put out more music—I need to go there.”
