Adele has recently listed her Beverly Hills house for $12 million in Hidden Valley, a guard-gated celebrity-favored neighborhood. She bought it last May from Nicole Richie for almost $10 million.
Interestingly, Adele already owns two other nearby homes, purchased in 2016 and 2019 using trusts linked to her business adviser. In addition to these, she bought a 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills home for $58 million.
The recently listed 5,500-square-foot house boasts spacious living areas, a wood-paneled office, an eat-in kitchen, and a den.
The upper floor includes the main suite with a fireplace and luxurious bathroom, two more bedrooms, and a large playroom or guest room.
The backyard features a sports court, outdoor kitchen, pool, Jacuzzi, and lush landscaping, including fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
