It’s make or break time for Kyle and Claire.

Kyle and Claire have recently been put through the wringer on The Young and the Restless. Their relationship has been put to the test, which has Kylaire fans worried. However, Hayley Erin thinks everything will work out for the pair.

Happily Ever After

No matter what challenges happened, Claire knew she could count on her boyfriend Kyle (Michael Mealor). Or so she thought.

Recently, Claire has learned some information that paints Kyle in a bad light. First, there was Victor (Eric Braeden) and Audra’s (Zuleyka Silver) scheme to tear them apart. While Claire was furious at her grandfather and Audra, her anger then turned towards Kyle. She was upset to discover that Kyle made out with Audra so he could bust her plan.

As if that wasn’t enough, Claire just learned about Kyle’s contract with Victor. This latest news has Claire more confused than ever. Right now, their relationship is at a standstill until Claire figures out her next step. Kylaire fans are worried the couple is headed for splitsville, but Erin sees a future for the pair.

Erin’s Hopes

In an interview with Woman’s World, the actress expressed her hopes for the couple.

”Claire and Kyle have long game potential,” Erin revealed. “They could work it out. And Michael is such a lovely, kind, funny person, and he’s so well prepared and super collaborative, so selfishly I hope to see a long, tumultuous relationship.”

Claire and Kyle aren’t the first Y&R couple to deal with drama, and they certainly won’t be the last. Although they’re dealing with one hiccup after another and might take a little break, they’ll find their way back to each other. That is, until more trouble arises.

So, it looks like Erin and Kylaire fans will get their wish of Claire and Kyle having a longstanding, turbulent romance.
